Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reservation and Facility Manager to oversee reservations, front-desk operations, and property maintenance. You will manage room inventory and booking systems, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, supervise staff schedules, and uphold high standards of guest service.

  • Lead vendor relations, control budgets, perform regular facility inspections, and prepare operational reports.
  • Qualifications: 3+ years in hospitality management, proficiency with PMS and online booking channels, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic budgeting ability, leadership experience, and flexibility with working hours.
