Job Description
The Future Edge is hiring a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative in Ikorodu, Lagos. The role involves managing customer calls, messages, and inquiries; processing orders and tracking deliveries; resolving complaints professionally; maintaining accurate customer records and feedback; and providing timely updates to sales and production teams.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years in customer service (factory/manufacturing experience preferred); strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask under pressure; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
