Job Description
Omeri Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to expand Cotton’s presence across Lagos estates, communities, and commercial clients. The role emphasizes revenue growth through deal closure, partnership activation, and subscription upselling.
- Prospect and qualify estates, SMEs, schools, property managers, and corporates via WhatsApp, phone, email, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Manage leads, update CRM, prepare proposals and quotations, and administer retainer agreements; secure partnerships with estate committees, facility managers, HR/Admin, and agents.
- Represent the company at events, monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity; ensure smooth handover to Customer Success and follow up on renewals.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦80,00–₦120,00 per month.
