Job Description
OnePort 365 is seeking a skilled CRM and Retention Specialist to manage our CRM system and enhance customer engagement through targeted email marketing campaigns. This role is integral in driving growth strategies and nurturing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize email campaigns to convert leads and increase customer retention.
- Implement email acquisition strategies while ensuring high deliverability.
- Manage workflows for lead nurturing and segmentation.
- Monitor engagement metrics and develop retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of CRM management experience.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and email marketing skills.
