Job Description
We seek an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from design through commissioning. The role requires oversight of schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications while ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards. You will coordinate design, manage procurement and site execution, and resolve technical issues and change orders.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; 8+ years in MEP projects; 3+ years in project leadership.
- Skills: Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and MS Project; strong budgeting, contract-management, communication, and team leadership abilities.
