Job Description
Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket seeks a formal, experienced Supervisor to manage daily store operations in Ibadan. The Supervisor will assign and schedule staff, ensure accurate merchandising and pricing, resolve customer complaints, drive sales growth, monitor attendance, enforce health, safety and company policies, and track stock and expiring items. The role also supports the Supermarket Manager in motivating and developing the team.
- Minimum 2 years’ retail or supervisory experience
- Relevant qualifications in retail, business, or related fields
