Job Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Analyst (Logistics) to support our logistics team in Ilupeju, Lagos. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, training coordination, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with labor laws.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; minimum 2 years of HR experience; strong knowledge of labor regulations; excellent communication skills; discretion with confidential information; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Compensation: ₦250,00 gross per month. Candidates with logistics or operational HR experience are preferred.
