Job Description

Bons Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to manage daily sales operations at our Enugu facility. The role includes coordinating sales activities, preparing staff schedules, ensuring adequate floor coverage, and driving team performance through coaching, incentives, and strategic sales planning to meet and exceed targets.

Required: strong leadership, excellent communication, proven sales planning and team-management skills. Salary: N200,00–N300,00 per month.
