Job Description
As the first point of contact at ETC Workforce Services Limited, the Receptionist delivers professional front-desk, administrative, and customer service support. You will welcome clients, maintain a tidy reception area, answer and direct phone calls, schedule and manage appointments, explain spa services, update client records, use booking software, and perform routine administrative tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
