Job Description
We are seeking a professional Sales Associate to welcome customers, take accurate orders, answer menu inquiries, and handle complaints courteously. You will record and relay orders (manual or POS), ensure correct preparation for dine-in and takeaway, process cash and card payments, issue receipts, and maintain a tidy cash counter.
- Assist in serving and packing with portion control and attractive presentation.
- Maintain hygiene standards, set tables, and replenish supplies.
- Notify supervisors of low stock and support basic inventory checks.
- Promote specials and add-ons, coordinate with the kitchen and management, and assist colleagues during peak hours.
- Adhere to all store procedures and customer service expectations.
Compensation: ₦65,00.00/month.
