Job Description
We seek a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and lead cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives. You will define operational strategy, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor operations teams; manage projects and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows
- Leverage ERP systems and data to inform decisions
- Maintain vendor partnerships and control operational budgets
