Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Operations Lead to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role includes supervising and developing the finance team and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes and ensure accurate, timely financial information.
- Qualifications: BSc/HND in Accounting, Banking, or Finance; ICAN certification.
- Experience: 5–8 years in finance with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role; proficient in accounting software/ERP.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦200,00–₦300,00/month. Preferred: 4 years of business experience.
