We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The role coordinates hiring processes, maintains HR records, assists with benefits enrollment, and ensures compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, drafting job postings, processing payroll data, and supporting training initiatives.
