Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive culture and change initiatives across Nigeria and West Africa. The role requires managing end-to-end client engagements, conducting organizational culture diagnostics, designing and implementing change management solutions to embed desired behaviors, mentoring project teams, and advising on strategy, design, and execution.
- 7–10 years’ experience in HR, culture/change, or transformation
- Bachelor’s in Business, HRM, Economics, or Social Sciences; MBA or certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills; consulting experience is a plus
