Job Description
BEDOLUXE SCHOOLS seeks a full-time Early Years Supervisor to ensure high-quality care, safety, hygiene, and daily classroom management for our early childhood program in Abuja.
- Supervise and mentor teachers and caregivers; ensure compliance with ECE standards and school policies.
- Plan age-appropriate activities, routines, and assessments; maintain attendance, records, and daily reports.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment and maintain clear parent communication.
- Support staff onboarding and training; collaborate with school leadership.
Compensation: ₦100,00–₦200,00/month. HND preferred; minimum two years’ teaching experience preferred.
