Job Description
As Branch Manager, you will lead a disciplined team to deliver reliable vehicle services while upholding our standards of excellence, integrity, and care. You will oversee repairs, diagnostics, detailing, sales, inventory, and customer service; manage scheduling and staff performance; monitor daily sales and service outputs; resolve escalations; and enforce quality and punctuality. You will collaborate with inventory and finance to control costs and drive growth by meeting sales targets, improving customer retention, and ensuring branch readiness and cleanliness. This full-time, permanent role welcomes new graduates. Compensation: ₦75,00–₦130,00/month. Expected start date: December 1, 2025.
