Job Description
ESOSA Food Systems and Innovations Limited seeks a dedicated Production Supervisor to manage semi‑automated bakery operations. The role includes supervising daily production, training and mentoring staff, enforcing quality and food‑safety standards, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment, and optimizing schedules, inventory and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in bakery or food production with supervisory duties
- Familiarity with semi‑automated bakery equipment
- HND in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Full‑time position; salary ₦100,00–₦130,00/month
