Job Description
Baker Delicate seeks an experienced Bakery Supervisor (female preferred for gender balance) to oversee daily operations at our Amuwo Odofin location. Full-time, Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: ₦100,00/month.
- Ensure product quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food-safety standards.
- Schedule, train, and lead staff; manage inventory and vendor restock.
- Monitor sales, budgets, and customer feedback to improve revenue.
Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Food Science, or related field; minimum 3 years’ bakery or food-service management experience; strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
