Job Description
LandWey Investment Limited seeks a Mechanical Engineer for its Sangotedo project. This full-time position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience; candidates located within the Lekki–Ajah axis are strongly preferred. Responsibilities include supporting mechanical design reviews; planning, supervising, and commissioning HVAC, plumbing, pumps, water, and fire protection systems; monitoring site compliance and safety; performing routine inspections and troubleshooting; coordinating with civil engineers and contractors; and preparing progress reports.
Requirements: BSc or HND in Mechanical Engineering and solid knowledge of building mechanical systems. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
