Job Description
We are seeking a Partnership Lead to expand and manage strategic relationships for our short‑let apartment portfolio. You will source and secure partnerships with property owners, travel platforms, and corporate clients; negotiate commercial agreements; oversee onboarding; and monitor partner performance to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Requirements: 3+ years in business development or partnerships within hospitality or proptech, proven negotiation and stakeholder communication skills, and a data‑driven approach to performance management. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced working with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.
