Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Officer to ensure bakery products meet company and regulatory standards while upholding strict sanitation and hygiene practices. Key responsibilities include raw material inspection, monitoring in-process parameters (mixing, oven temperature/timing), enforcing FEFO/FIFO, conducting hygiene and production opening checks, and verifying finished goods prior to dispatch.
- Maintain and complete documentation: receiving logs, hygiene and in-process checklists, “soon-to-expire” updates, and Bad & Damage reports.
- Prepare daily quality reports for the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Full-time role; salary from ₦130,00/month.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Food Technology or related field; 0–2 years’ QC experience in FMCG or QSR (preferred up to 4 years business experience).
