Job Description
Road Mechanisms Limited is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service. The successful candidate will supervise tire care and lubrication services (installation, balancing, wheel alignment, puncture repair, inspections); coordinate daily workflows and task assignments; ensure equipment maintenance and safety; perform quality control and final inspections; maintain accurate job and parts records; manage tire inventory and report restocking needs; train and mentor technicians; and enforce safety and disciplinary standards.
