Job Description
We seek a Travel and Tourism Specialist based in Abuja to provide expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, transportation, accommodations, tours, and related services. The role manages end-to-end travel arrangements and ensures exceptional customer service from inquiry through post-travel support.
- Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.
- Advise on destinations, visas, regulations, and attractions.
- Prepare customized itineraries and handle reservations using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) where applicable.
- Maintain customer records, process payments, and resolve travel issues professionally.
- Requirements: Certificate/diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality, strong destination knowledge, excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. IATA/GDS proficiency preferred.
Job Type: Full-time • Pay: ₦150,00–₦350,00/month
