Job Description
An NGO is recruiting a part-time Clinic Compliance Officer in Enugu. Compensation: NGN 75,00–150,00/month. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse or Midwife (RN/RM) with a valid nursing license, a degree, and a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure GEANCO-supported clinics comply with clinical, administrative, and regulatory standards;
- Monitor staff activity, perform spot-checks of registers and inventories, and document and escalate non-compliance;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and coordinate corrective actions with the Midwife and Clinic Supervisor;
- Manage records, optimize client flow, train new staff on SOPs and professional conduct, maintain cleanliness and safety, and provide telemedicine support.
Requires strong compliance oversight, ethical judgment, clear documentation skills, and discretion. Working hours: rotating schedule.
