BKT Cribs blends modern serviced apartments with boutique-hotel hospitality, offering personalized stays and a “home away from home.” We seek a professional Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth, efficient guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include greeting guests; managing reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and payments via the PMS; coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance; handling inquiries and complaints with empathy; and maintaining a tidy, secure front desk and lobby.

Qualifications: high school diploma (hospitality degree preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, professionalism, tech aptitude, and availability for varied shifts. Previous front-desk or customer-service experience is a plus.
