Job Description
Mithest Travels and Recruitment Nigeria Limited is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant based in Ibadan. Responsibilities include posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, preparing new-hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, updating personnel records, assisting with HR reports, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation: ₦40,00–₦50,00 per month. Preferred qualifications: National Diploma and a minimum of two years of HR experience. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Ibadan. Required skills: strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and basic knowledge of HR systems.
