Job Description
We seek an Assistant Impact and Data Manager to support monitoring and evaluation, data management, and impact measurement across programs. The role will help design M&E tools, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, maintain program databases, prepare clear reports, and uphold data quality and compliance standards.
- Responsibilities: support tool design, data collection, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and database maintenance.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, or related field; 1–3 years M&E or data experience.
- Skills: proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), strong communication, attention to detail, and collaborative work ethic.
