Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our Second East Circular branch in Benin City. The successful candidate will supervise staff, grow the customer base, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, review and approve loans within limits, monitor branch performance, and drive community engagement to meet financial and operational targets.
- Requirements: HND/BSc in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; prior Microfinance Bank experience; strong leadership, lending knowledge, and communication skills.
- Schedule & Pay: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Salary ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month. Full-time.
