Job Description
We are seeking a Tele Verification Officer to conduct telephone-based identity and document verification, confirm applicant information, and accurately record findings. You will contact clients, verify employment and reference details, flag discrepancies, and update verification systems while complying with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Requirements: High school diploma; strong verbal communication and attention to detail; basic computer skills.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in call center or verification roles; able to handle confidential information and work independently.
