Job Description
Datagridx Telecoms seeks a professional Front Desk Officer to manage reception and clerical duties. As the company’s first point of contact, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, sort mail and email, address inquiries and complaints, and maintain an orderly reception area.
- Manage scheduling, monitor supplies and expenses, and perform basic office tasks.
- Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel, Word); familiar with standard office equipment.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer-service skills.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and a high school diploma required; additional qualifications preferred.
- Full-time position; salary starting from ₦150,00 per month.
