Job Description
Ashogbon Farms seeks a proactive Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Ogun State facility. The Supervisor will manage farm staff, coordinate crop and livestock activities, monitor growth and health, maintain production and inventory records, enforce safety and environmental standards, and report to management.
- Qualifications: OND/HND or B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory farm experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, familiarity with modern farming practices and equipment, and willingness to reside in or relocate to Ogun State
- Employment: Full-time
Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month, provided accommodation, performance incentives, and clear pathways for career growth.
