Job Description
Salary: ₦150,00/month. We seek a diligent Full-Time Assistant Cook for an intimate café and salon lounge. Minimum 1 year proven experience in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen required.
- Prepare ingredients daily: wash, chop, and portion.
- Support the Chef with proteins, vegetables, baked items, sauces, dressings, and simple beverages (fresh juices).
- Set up stations, plate during service, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Track stock levels and promptly notify the Chef or Inventory Officer.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times.
