Job Description
BKT Cribs blends modern apartment comfort with boutique-hotel service. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketer to lead our online presence, amplify our brand voice, and drive direct bookings.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels; produce daily photos, Reels/TikToks, stories, and posts.
- Manage community engagement and reputation: respond to messages and reviews, nurture user-generated content, and coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, analyze performance with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, and report actionable insights.
Qualifications: 2+ years relevant experience, portfolio required, proficiency in content creation/editing tools, and a strong hospitality orientation.
