Job Description
Ashogbon Farms & Ago Allied Ltd seeks a proactive Farm Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Ogun State facility. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating crop and livestock activities, training team members, monitoring growth and equipment, maintaining production and inventory records, enforcing safety and hygiene, and reporting to management.
- Qualifications: OND/HND or B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory farm role
- Skills: Strong leadership and familiarity with modern farming practices; willingness to reside or relocate to Ogun State
- Benefits: ₦80,00–₦100,00/month, provided accommodation, performance incentives, full-time position with growth opportunities
