Job Description
We are seeking a Senior International Climate Negotiator to lead high-level climate negotiations and represent the organization at UNFCC and other multilateral forums. The role will develop negotiation strategy, coordinate cross-sector stakeholders, draft policy positions, and secure consensus on emissions pathways, climate finance, and adaptation measures.
- Advanced degree in climate policy or related field
- 8+ years of negotiation experience and thorough knowledge of UNFCC processes
- Proven diplomatic skills, excellent English communication, and willingness to travel internationally
