Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Custodian II to maintain building interiors and exteriors. Duties include floor care (strip, wax, buff), restroom cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, minor repairs, and routine inspections. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, correct use of cleaning chemicals and PPE, hazard reporting, and assistance with opening/closing tasks.
- Requirements: 1–3 years custodial experience, basic maintenance skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; background check may be required.
