Job Description
Careers Verified seeks a full-time Medical Sales Manager to lead a sales team, develop strategic plans, and expand market share for medical products across assigned territories. Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales representatives; set targets and monitor performance.
- Develop business with hospitals, clinics, and physicians; deliver presentations and sales forecasts.
- Analyze market and competitor trends; collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (Master’s preferred); minimum 3 years in medical sales with managerial experience; strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and data-analysis skills; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
