Job Description
House of Maufechi is seeking a full-time Women’s Fashion Manager to lead brand strategy, product selection, merchandising, buying, inventory management, and marketing. The manager will analyze trends and customer preferences, collaborate with designers and suppliers, drive sales through promotions, and train sales associates. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales and budgets to ensure profitability, cultivating industry relationships, and maintaining awareness of competitor activity. The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, sharp analytical skills, and commercial acumen in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month.
