Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Officer to manage the full grant lifecycle: identify funding opportunities, prepare and submit proposals, monitor award compliance, manage budgets and reports, and maintain donor relationships. The position requires tracking deadlines, coordinating with program teams, ensuring adherence to donor requirements, and delivering timely financial and narrative reports.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of grants experience, excellent writing and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: familiarity with grant reporting and budgeting, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with grant databases or CRM systems.
