Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Coach to lead an under-20 club in Lagos. This full-time, temporary, or contract position requires organizing trial sessions, planning and delivering training, and managing the team through the league season. Salary: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate training plans and match preparations.
- Evaluate trialists and select squads.
- Coordinate matchday logistics and ensure player welfare.
- Foster a safe, positive environment that promotes development.
Ideal candidates possess youth coaching experience, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to player development.
