Job Description
The Supermart / Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a Senior Human Resources Lead to develop and execute HR strategy for our retail operations. This senior role requires partnering with leadership to drive recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.
- Experience: 8+ years in strategic HR and HRBP roles
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related; HR certifications preferred
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law
- Skills: Proven leadership, stakeholder communication, and analytical abilities
- Terms: Full-time; salary ₦650,00/month
