Job Description
Bomach Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across our real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering divisions. You will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, staff development, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian labor law. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or Psychology, with 3–7 years of HR management experience (construction/real estate/engineering preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with HR systems.
