Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Debt Collector to secure timely loan repayments while preserving positive customer relationships. The role requires contacting borrowers by phone, email, and SMS; resolving repayment issues; negotiating plans; updating accounts; meeting recovery targets; and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and resilience; familiarity with loan products.
- Qualifications: SSCE / OND / HND / BSc. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Compensation: ₦65,00 basic + performance bonus (₦20,00–₦200,00) and weekly airtime allowance.
- Walk-in interviews: November 21–28, 2025 at 10:00 AM, 20/22 Olarenwaju St, Iyana‑Ipaja, Lagos. Iyana‑Ipaja residents should bring a CV.
