Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – HSSE to lead health, safety, security, and environmental programs across operations. The incumbent will support HSSE policy implementation, manage risk, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and promote continuous improvement.
- Perform risk assessments, HSSE audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver staff training and coordinate emergency response planning
- Monitor and report HSSE performance to management and recommend mitigation measures
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, NEBOSH or OSHA certification preferred, minimum 5 years HSSE experience, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
