Job Description
We are seeking a Project Officer to lead policy and strategy development for Ending Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) initiatives. The role includes drafting policy briefs, supporting strategic planning, conducting research and analysis, coordinating with government, donors and partners, and monitoring project progress to ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Key responsibilities: policy development, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, research, monitoring & evaluation, and clear report writing.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in public policy, gender studies, social sciences or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in GBV or protection programming; demonstrated experience in policy development, advocacy and M&E; excellent English communication and analytical skills; ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
