Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Standards & QHSE Manager to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations by leading Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and upholding operational standards across sites.
- Develop and enforce HSE policies; conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Deliver staff training, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate cross-site operational consistency.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years in QHSE/operations, certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001/45001), strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
