Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and organize confidential files. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting C-level executives, excellent communication and time-management skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and discretion handling sensitive information. Success requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
