Job Description
We are hiring a Microfinance Field Agent for Inter-Arc Consultants Limited (recruiting for a client) in Benin City. Working hours: 12pm–5pm. Responsibilities include sourcing and registering clients, disbursing approved funds, conducting verification and follow-ups, keeping accurate field records, ensuring compliance, delivering excellent customer service, and submitting daily reports. Candidates must be honest, confident, proactive, and able to work independently. Minimum SSCE required; HND/B.Sc. holders may apply. 0–1 year experience; microfinance experience is an advantage. Salary: SSCE ₦50,00–₦60,00; HND/B.Sc. ₦70,00–₦100,00. Full-time position.
