Job Description
Springsource HR Consulting, on behalf of SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED, seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of multiple sites in Ibadan.
- Manage building and equipment maintenance; enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise technicians, cleaners, and security personnel; coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency response.
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and facility documentation.
Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ facility management experience.
Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month. Location: Ibadan.
