Job Description
We are seeking a Governance and Systems Strengthening Advisor to strengthen institutional governance, advance policy development, and lead systems reform. The Advisor will offer technical guidance to senior leadership, design and implement governance frameworks, and coordinate capacity-building efforts to improve transparency, accountability, and public service delivery.
- At least 7 years of experience in governance or public sector reform
- Proven expertise in monitoring and evaluation
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with government bodies and development partners
